Objective: Learn how to build the solid that will be subtracted from the pendant to create the gemstone rail.
Apply the Profile
Select the curve and, in the “Accessories” tab, use the “Profiles” command.

Select asset P08 and click on Edit.

Add a Central Profile
- Add a new profile in the central part.
- Change its curve to asset 002.
- Change the curves of the other two profiles to curve 002 as well.

Adjust the Parameters
- End profiles: width
1.15 mm, height1.10 mm(both ends). - Central profile: width
2 mm.
Accept the command.
Add the Surface as Reference
If you forgot to add the surface as a reference, select the created profile and click on Edit. Add the surface to the selector.
If the rotation is not correct, select it and type flip, then add it to the selector again to adjust the solid’s position. In this case we also make the central profile a bit narrower, changing it to 1.6 mm wide, before accepting the command.
