Bamboo Cuff Bangles
Model a gem-studded bamboo cuff from a single ellipse. The construction is a SubD masterclass: a 1.5 mm pipe shaped into a bamboo node, mirrored into nine matched segments, bridged into a continuous band, and wrapped around the 65 × 27.5 mm ellipse with SmartFlow by Curve — the flat line becomes a flowing cuff in one command.
The finishing touch is a pavé field across the upper section: Automatic Pave mixing 1.0, 0.8 and 0.6 mm stones over a split surface, prongs generated automatically and refined by hand, and cutters with a boolean pass that leaves the metal ready for setting.
