8. Create the basket and bezel components

With everything hidden, create a 0.17 ct Trillion in Gem Studio and give it a Basket edited from scratch: Custom Shape with Asset 025 (the heart), rotated 90°, diameter 1.10 mm, height 2.10 mm, bottom diameter 1.10 mm, bottom rail inside 0.3 mm. Disable the top rail and set the bottom rail to Custom Shape with Asset 004 at 0.90 mm wide and the gem size percentage around 74%. Nudge basket and gem slightly backward.

9. Add the round bezel and position it with the basket

Create a 1.30 mm round in Gem Studio and edit its Basket without presets: profile 002 at 0.90 × 1.50 mm, girdle width down to 0.60 mm, then profile 001 for a rounder look. Move the bezel to the metal layer and place it against the heart basket so the parts intersect cleanly — that overlap is the strength of the union. Show everything again.

10. Build support surfaces and array decorative modules

Connect the modules with guide lines and build the support surfaces with Sweep 2 Rails, then Offset on Surface at 3.37 mm (lower) and 2.35 mm (upper). Quick Array on Curve distributes the decorative modules: 7 copies at −0.10 distance on the lower curve, 3 copies at 1.6 mm on the upper — Flip the curve and reassign if they face the wrong way.
