Reseller Program

General Policy

Resellers operate within specific geographic territories and assume full responsibility for the sales process and customer technical support.

Payment Terms

Accepted payment methods include bank cards (VISA / MasterCard) and wire transfers.

Shipping Policy

All products are delivered electronically. Resellers receive license keys in PDF format to distribute to their customers. Each license activates only once.

Discount Policy

Reseller discounts range from 25 % to 45 %, based on volume:

Educational and lab licenses receive a 30 % discount. Rhino software carries a separate 10 % discount through an OEM agreement.

All licenses are perpetual (one-time purchase).

Pricing

Resellers can adjust pricing to account for handling costs or currency exchange. Commercial licenses range from €600 (upgrades) to €2,995 (full editions). Educational licenses start at €495.

Commitments

Resellers must:

• Provide quarterly and annual sales forecasts.
• Conduct webinars or on-site demonstrations.
• Display RhinoArtisan branding on their website.
• Monitor price changes published by 2Shapes.

Marketing Materials

All website content must use materials supplied by 2Shapes, to maintain consistent quality and brand standards.

Referral Program

General Policy

Referrals require documentation via email or through a dedicated referral link. Technical support is extended to both referrers and end users.

Discount Policy

The referral program offers a 15 % discount off current website prices for RhinoArtisan licenses, plus an additional 10 % discount on Rhino software.

Commitments and Materials

Referrers follow the same requirements as the Reseller program regarding forecasts, demonstrations, branding, and approved marketing content.
